About Guys with Ties
Guys with Ties was started in 2006 by five young professionals who had a desire to improve their community. Their goal was to raise funds for worthy charities in and around Charlotte that were in need of auxiliary fund raising efforts and awareness to meet their charitable goals. Ideally, they wanted to provide a service that was mutually beneficial for the charities and those giving their time and money. The organization now raises money for smaller charities in the greater Charlotte area by hosting events that allow young professionals social and networking opportunities. All funds collected from the sale of admission tickets to these events directly benefit the charity selected.

Guys With Ties is a registered non-profit organization in the state of North Carolina and has applied for 501(c)(3) status from the federal government.
